PCB Boards Mounting

PCB boards can be mounted by costumer orders, manual with normal and SMD components (SMD automatic mounting can be ensured in collaboration). Soldering is performed manual or by solder wave line HWL-400 with Balver and Alfa-Grillo solder material. We can imbue PCB boards with insulation varnish and/or with resin (Polyurethane, Silicon).

It is possible to measure PCB boards by customer orders including results record. Mounted boards can be tested on high voltage electric insulation (up to 5,5 kV) and/or make warm up cycle.

It is possible to perform a complete product mechanical assembly as well.
